CASH-ON-DELIVERY

• KINGS HERBAL SHOP utilizes cash-on-delivery all over the Philippines.

SHIPPING FEE

• P200 per transaction.
• Shipping is FREE if total amount of order is P1,000 or higher.

SHIPPING TIME

• Luzon (1 - 2 business days), Visayas & Mindanao (1 - 3 business days)
• Remote areas may experience 1 day delay of delivery.
• No movement during Sundays.

ORDER CONFIRMATION CALL

• Customers who processed their order through our website or by using our Mobile App will receive a call from our Order Confirmation Team within 24 - 48 hours.
• Calls will be anytime from 7:00 A.M. - 11:00 P.M.
• Customers that can't be reached will receive an SMS notifying about their order from us that needs confirmation.
• Failure to answer our calls and SMS for 5 times will result to cancellation of your order and your package will not be delivered.
