For unpaid orders, you may contact us immediately through Facebook within 24 hours of placing your order.
For paid orders, please note that we process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been confirmed, packed, or sent for processing, we can no longer guarantee cancellation.

For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for Kings Herbal Plus once the product has been opened, used, or the safety seal has been broken.
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We can only update your details if your order has not yet been processed or picked up by the courier. Once shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
